My two oldest friends are Curiosity and Playfulness, and I take them with me wherever I go. Thanks to them, I’ve collected quite the assortment of passions, skills, and party tricks.
After a couple years of undergrad Music Theory, I took a 13-year break to get married, go broke, give a TEDx Talk, become a dad, co-host a podcast, publish a book, go not-broke, and amass a social media following by talking about therapy on the internet. When the pandemic hit, I returned to finish my bachelor’s degree in Cinematic Arts at the ripe young age of 35.
So here I sit with a patchwork of disparate achievements, showables, and hey-look-what-I-dids, with only one common denominator to tie them together: me.
